slowly losing the weight...
work really encourages me to eat more becoz its so stressful....
and i'm definitely an emotional eater...luckily i don't snack much during work...
doing more cardio work aga
in apart from my daily yoga practice...

lost 1 kg since last last week i think....@A@
workout i'm going to do today:
1. chair yoga
2. eat brunch...
3. cardio workout
4. hatha 2
5. hot hour...

aim: to decrease bf back to 22
weigh-wise back to the early 44s...
hopefully i can be 43 again back in the first/second week of august...with 21 bf
